Osteopathiepraktijk Tervuren invites every patient to complete a questionnaire to express their views on their experience whilst with us.It should take no longer than 3-4 minutes to complete. We are proud of our patient care and work hard to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and the aim of the questionnaire is to highlight any shortfalls in the quality of care received by patients, and also provides indications as to how the patient experience can be improved, and where are strengths are.Your responses will remain anonymous unless you choose to fill in the final section of the questionnaire with your name and address. Please note that we may use it in the testimonial section on our website. If you prefer that this did not happen, please feel free to state as such in your response.
