“I am really good at finding the areas that need attention. My treatment is commonly referred to as being ‘stronger’, as I like to proactively release tension that builds up, ensuring that my patients walk out feeling lighter and freer. I also try to motivate my patients to be proactive. My motto is: ‘movement and exercise are the best form of pain relief’. I try to inspire my patients to take control of their issues outside of the treatment room with exercise or other various tips and tricks.”
Jacqui also likes to exercise in her freetime. “I swim, walk, cycle and practice yoga.
In addition to osteopathy, I am interested in social sciences”.
