Chris Ruddick
Christopher Ruddick graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2001 with a BSc Honours in Osteopathy. Growing up in Oxford in a family of osteopaths, Chris moved to Tervuren in 2001 and co-founded the practice. He works primarily in a structural way with a special interest in visceral osteopathy and Applied Kinesiology. Chris has lectured at FICO in Antwerp and served on examination boards. He is a member of osteopathie.be

Questions Chris is often asked
Visceral osteopathy focuses on the organs and the surrounding connective tissue. Each organ has its own movement pattern; when that is disrupted — through scar tissue, stress or old infections — it can lead to back, abdominal or pelvic pain. By restoring organ mobility, distant complaints often resolve as well.
Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a diagnostic method that uses muscle testing to detect neuromuscular and functional imbalances in the body. As a qualified AK practitioner, I use it alongside osteopathic examination to create a more precise and targeted treatment plan.
