1. Making an appointment

Wondering if osteopathy is right for you? Feel free to send us an email. Together we'll find the best approach for you. An appointment takes approximately 45 minutes, and usually 1 to 3 sessions are needed.

2. Intake, examination & first treatment

We start with an in-depth conversation about your symptoms and your general health. We then carry out a thorough manual examination with specific tests where needed. This flows seamlessly into the itself. As osteopaths, we always look for the root cause of your complaint. Your body is examined and treated as a whole.

3. Treatment & advice

During a , we check how your body has integrated the previous treatment. We continue to work on the root cause of your complaint and address areas that weren't covered last time. Afterwards, we discuss the results and provide clear next steps.

4. Follow-up & recovery

You'll receive practical advice to take home to support your own recovery, for example tips or exercises.

Your first appointment lasts about 45 minutes. We start with a thorough conversation about your complaints, medical history and lifestyle. This is followed by a physical examination and the first treatment. At the end we discuss our findings and send you home with practical advice.

It depends on the person and the complaint. Acute issues often respond quickly — sometimes 2 to 3 sessions are enough. Chronic or more complex complaints may require more sessions. During your first consultation we'll give you an honest estimate based on your situation.

Osteopathy can help with a wide range of complaints: back and neck pain, headaches, joint problems, digestive issues, stress-related tension, post-traumatic complaints and more. If you're unsure, dont worry, during your first consultation we'll assess together whether osteopathy is the right approach, and refer you on if needed.

No, a referral is not needed. You can contact us directly to make an appointment. Some health insurers may ask for a certificate from your osteopath for reimbursement. We'll provide this after your treatment.
