What our patients say
I'm a physical trainer and also an athlete so I push sometimes my body to the limits… I can have random pains that appear and stay for a while. As a latin American I didn't know about osteopathy before moving to Belgium in 2019, but "lucky me" destiny put me just beside Osteopathy Tervuren. I started to go with Tina because of a pain in my shoulder that I had for ages and after a couple of sessions I couldn't believe that my pain went away after so many years. Now I go every few months just to make sure that my body is in his maximum capacity of recovery and healing by itself whenever he needs it. She's so gentle and transmit a peaceful vibes that I feel it's a reset of my body and my mind.

Frequently asked questions
Osteopathy is a manual therapy that views the body as a whole. We examine how muscles, joints, organs and the nervous system work together, and treat with gentle techniques to help the body function better. The difference from other therapies is the holistic approach: we don't just treat the complaint, we look for the underlying cause. Where needed, we'll refer you to the appropriate specialist.
You can come to us for a wide range of complaints: back and neck pain, headaches, joint problems, sports injuries, digestive issues, stress-related complaints and much more. We also welcome preventive care and complaints following an accident or surgery.
We treat osteoarthritis, back pain, headaches, neck and shoulder complaints, infant and childhood conditions, post-traumatic complaints, digestive problems and sports injuries. Please consult us for a full overview.
The number of sessions varies by person and complaint. For acute complaints, 2 to 3 treatments are often sufficient. Chronic conditions may require more sessions. At the first consultation we will give you an estimate based on your specific situation.
Yes, osteopathy is safe for children — including newborns — and pregnant women. We adapt our techniques to the patient's age and body. Our osteopaths have specific expertise in paediatric and prenatal treatments.
