I believe in the power of gentle touch to promote deep relaxation and allow the body to unfold its own healing strength.

Our approach

Questions Tina is often asked

Newborns can be treated directly after birth. The techniques I use for babies are extremely gentle, subtle touches that are completely safe for the young body. Treatments for young children are also shorter and proceed at their own pace.

Cranial osteopathy works with the subtle movements of the skull bones and sacrum. It is particularly effective for infant complaints such as restlessness, sleep problems and asymmetric flattening of the head, as well as in adults with chronic tension headaches or jaw problems.
