If you are unable to attend an appointment you have made, or no longer need, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee will be incurred. It is unfortunate we have to put in place such a policy but we hope you understand that by freeing up appointments early on means that patients in acute pain can take advantage of the availability.
